grSunburstGetData (Function) In french: grSMNRécupèreDonnée Retrieves a numeric value from a Sunburst chart. MyVal is real = grSunburstGetData(CHART_Chart1, "Europe" + TAB + "France" + TAB + "Montpellier")
Syntax
<Result> = grSunburstGetData(<Chart name> , <Section path>)
<Result>: Real - Value to retrieve.
- 0 if the path is invalid or if the section contains no data.
<Chart name>: Control name or character string Name of the chart to be used. This name corresponds to:- the chart name defined through programming with grCreate.
- the name of the Chart control in the window, page or report editor.
<Section path>: Character string Full path of the section whose value must be retrieved. This parameter has the following format:"<Name of base level>" + TAB + ["<Name of 1st level>" + TAB + ...
["<Name of last level>" + TAB + [...]]]"<Section name>" Remarks - To retrieve data from a Stock chart, it is recommended to use grStockGetData.
- To retrieve data from a Surface chart, it is recommended to use grSurfaceGetData.
- To retrieve data from another type of chart (Pie, Column, Line, etc.), we recommend that you use grGetData.
- To retrieve data from a Heatmap chart, it is recommended to use grHMGetData.
- By default, a chart created by grCreate contains no data.
