The DecimalPart property is used to configure Numeric items. You can:
  • Find out the number of digits in the decimal part of a Numeric item.
  • Define the number of digits in the decimal part of a Numeric item.
Remark: The IntegerPart property is used to define and get the number of digits in the integer part of a Numeric item.

<Data file>: Character string
Name of the data file used. This name was defined in the data model editor or with the File Description type.
<Item>: Character string
Name of the item used. This name was defined in the data model editor or with the Item Description type.
