MatCreate (Function) In french: MatCrée Creates a matrix containing 0 row and 0 column.

ResCreate = MatCreate("MyMatrix")
Syntax
<Result> = MatCreate(<Matrix>)
<Result>: Boolean - True if the matrix was created,
- False otherwise. To get more details on the error, use ErrorInfo with the errMessage constant.
<Matrix>: Character string Name of the matrix to create. This name will be used by all the functions for matrix management. Remarks The matrix existence is not checked. This matrix is overwritten if it existed beforehand. To check the matrix existence, use MatExist.
